In a bid to work on the nature of Education and to keep up with better Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) in the schools, Education Department, Government of Assam has chosen to change the typical course of move of Teachers from Offline to on the online base . Eligibility: All the teachers of government/ provincial schools from lower primary to senior secondary schools are eligible to participate in this teacher transfer management system of Assam.

How to Submit Online Teacher Transfer Application?
All class of Teachers of Govt./Provincialized Schools of Assam beginning from Lower Primary (LP) to Senior Secondary Schools (SS) who need to get them Transfer to wanted areas may now apply on the web .All eligible teachers need to present their Service profile details on the administration framework inside as far as possible recommended by the office. Likewise, user can follow the means recorded beneath to finish the profile accommodation process.

- Click on Submit Service Profile link.
- Now, an official web portal will load in the new tab of your browser.
- In that portal, click on Create Account button.
- After that, you have to provide all your asked details.
- Now, you will need to login the portal.
- To login, click on the Login button, enter your mobile number in place of Username and your chosen password in place of Password.
- Then click on the yellow Log In button.
- Now, you will get 11 sections. In those sections you have to fill your complete details.
- After filling all the sections, you can submit your Service Profile Details by clicking on the Submit button.

All educators searching for Transfer and presenting on their ideal areas need to transfer Copy of the accompanying archives compulsorily.

- D. El Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet
- HSSLC Mark sheet
- Graduation Mark sheet
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Appointment Letter
Note: For those teachers who had joined before 3rd September, 2001, uploading of TET Mark sheet cum Certificate and OD. El. Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet is not mandatory.
Size of Documents
The maximum size of each of the supporting documents should not exceed 300KB.
Photograph & Signature
Teachers have to upload one clear passport size photograph and copy of scanned signature.
