Assam Direct Recruitment 2022
Respective State Level Recruitment Commissions of Govt. of Assam have released two employment notifications for the recruitment of 26441 Grade III & Grade IV Vacancy under the various departments of Govt. These vacancies will be filled up by the recruitment rules framed by the newly constituted Assam Direct Recruitment Commission for Analogous Posts in Class III and Class IV Act 2021 and Assam Direct Recruitment for Class III and Class IV Analogous Posts Rules 2022. A single written exam along with skill test will be held for each category of posts and a merit list will be prepared accordingly for appointment.

Eligibility Criteria for Assam Direct Recruitment 2022
Educational qualifications different for different types of posts. Candidates will be able to submit their application for the type of posts where they are eligible.

Maximum Qualification:
The maximum allowed educational qualification for Class-IV posts is HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent examination passed. Candidates having qualification higher than maximum qualification are not eligible to apply for these vacancy.
Grade III (Category I)
Name of posts: Accountant, Cashier, Junior Assistant, LDA, Stenographer, etc.
No of posts: 8,331 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 months duration.
Grade III (Category II)
Name of posts: Field Assistant, Fieldman, Foreman, Section Assistant, Soil Conservation Field Worker Junior, Agriculture Extension Officer, etc.
No of posts: 3,690 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent examinations. (Some specific posts need candidates to be class 12th passed from science stream.)
Grade III (Category III)
Name of post: Driver
No of posts: 1,120 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination.
Other Details of Assam Direct Recruitment
Age Relaxation: The category wise upper age relaxation is as mentioned below.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 2 years
- PwD: 10 years
Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have register their name in any one of the employment exchanges of Assam.
Relaxation in Computer Proficiency: Applicants possessing Degree in Computer Science, i.e. BCA/ MCA/ B.Tech/ B.E. and other are not required to furnish Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6(six) months duration.

Mode of Payment:
The mode of payment of application fee will be online. The applicants of Assam direct recruitment will be able to pay their application fee through online payment gateway. Applicants can pay their fee using Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking or Wallet.
How to Apply for Assam Direct Recruitment?
Candidates who will be eligible as per official notification of Assam direct recruitment will be able to submit their online applications through official application portal. Candidates will be able to submit their application for all the eligible posts in one go. There will be a common application portal for the recruitment of all the departments. Candidates can follow the following steps to complete their online application process.

- An official web portal will load in a new tab.
- In that portal, candidates will find Registration form.
- Open that Registration form, filled all required details.
- After that you will have to upload your Photograph and Signature in prescribed file format.
Now, you will have to pay application fee.
After payment of application fee, your application will be submitted.
You can print your application acknowledgement for future use.
