Assam GNM Admission 2022
Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences in short SSUHS conducts the GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE) every year for admission to GNM courses in various medical education institutes of Assam. Also for this year, the online application process for admission in Assam GNM courses is going to start soon. Eligible and interested female candidates will be able to submit their online applications for GNM courses
Note :-Applicants who have already submitted their applications for GNMEE 2022 between 18th May to 2nd June 2022 need not apply again.

Centres of exam: Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Jorhat, Barpeta, Tezpur and Diphu.
Eligibility criteria for admission into GNM Course
1. The applicant must be female candidate.
2. Candidates must be citizen of India.
3. Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and must furnish a certificate to this
effect.
4. The provision of Permanent Resident Certificate shall not be applicable to the
wife/daughters of the employs of the Govt. of Assam.
5. The minimum educational qualification for selection of the candidates in HSSLC (10+2)
(Science) or its equivalent passed from a recognized Board/Council/University with English as one of the subjects, securing at least 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) for General (unreserved) category and 40% marks in aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ST(P)/ST(II) category,
6. Age: Candidate must be within the age limits of 17 to 24 years as on 1" January of the Year
of Admission.
7. The upper age limit for SC/ST candidates will be as per Govt. procedure.
Application Fee of SSUHS GNM Admission
The candidate need to pay Rs.1,200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Only) as application fee to complete the online application process. The payment of application fee will be accepted through online payment gateway and candidates have to pay the application fee through online mode only.

- Starting date of submission of online application: 17th August 2022
- Last date of submission of online application: 31th August 2022
- Download of Admit Card: 12th September 2022
- Date of Entrance Exam: 25th September 2022

Candidates must keep the below listed documents ready for upload while submitting the online application for SSUHS GNM Entrance Exam.
- Passport Size Photograph.
- Signature.
- Age Proof (Birth Certificate or Class 10th Admit Card).
- Educational Qualification Certificates and Mark sheets.

GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE), 2022 will be based on 10+2 (Science) Syllabus. There will be a single question paper consisting of following segments.

- Date of exam: 26th June 2022 (Sunday)
- Timing of exam: 10 AM to 1 PM
- Duration of exam: 3 Hours
- Type of questions: Multiple Choice Questions
- No of MCQs: 100 MCQs
- Total marks: 100 Marks (1 mark for each correct answer).
- Negative marking: There will be no negative marking.
- Medium of exam: The question paper will be both in English and Assamese language.
