DHS grade 4 exam date
The Directorate of Health Service Assam will choose the qualified candidates for different Grade 3 and Grade 4 Technical and Non-Technical posts based on written examination. The written test date has been declared by the authorities . For this reason, the DHS Assam Admit Card for Grade 4 posts is given on the official site.
NOTE :-DHS has given a Notification with respect to the Grade 4 written test which was planned for 7th Auguest . According to this notice, now the examination has been postponed because of a few inescapable conditions. Presently the assessment is re-planned for 4th September 2022 .

DHS Admit Card Release Date
As Part of 1 lakh government job, DHS, DHSFW, DME and AYUSH have together declared the Notification of 3945 posts. For the same, Combined Application Portal has been sent off and applications are acknowledged between 8th to 28th February 2022. For these recruitment many candidates have presented their applications and sitting tight for additional interaction. According to the official Notification, the above offices will lead a joined composed test to choose the qualified candidates for these different posts. Admit card for composed test will be issue last week of August 2022
How to Download DHS Admit Card
Applicant who have presented their application within the application date can download their admit card Competitors can follow the accompanying moves toward download their admit card.
- Scroll down, check Important Link‘s section.
- Click on DHS Assam Admit Card link.
- After clicking on that link, an official web portal will load in a new tab.
- Inside that web portal, you will get a form.
- In that form, you will need to enter your Application Number and Password.
- After that click on Download Admit Card button.
- Now, your admit card will load. Click on Print option and print your admit card.
