Mission Bhumiputra is an another mission drive of Government of Assam to convey forward the goverment central goal of simple public support of the everyday citizens. Under this mission, government will give caste certificate to students through online Students may submit online applications for Scheduled Caste Certificate, Scheduled Tribe (Hills) Certificate, Scheduled Tribe (Plains) Certificate and OBC/MOBC Certificate through Mission Bhumiputra entrance.

Name of Mission: Mission Bhumiputra
Application For: Under this mission, eligible applicants can submit their application for the following caste certificates.
Scheduled Caste Certificate
Scheduled Tribe (Hills) Certificate
Scheduled Tribe (Plains) Certificate
OBC/MOBC Certificate.
Name of Department: Department of Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes.

Eligibility Criteria of Mission Bhumiputra
Nationality: Applicant must be an Indian citizen as per the constitution of India.
Domicile: Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Caste: Applicants must belong to anyone of the following category of Assam - SC, ST or OBC/ MOBC.

- Caste Certificate of Father OR Recommendation of authorize caste/ tribe/ community organization notified by State Govt.
- Any other document (Voter List, Affidavit, Existing Caste Certificate, etc.)
- Upload Scanned Copy of the Application Form.
